Where we are
1) To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 20% of the rent must be paid by credit card.
2) The deposit is not refundable.
3) The customer have to show his documents and pay the balance, before entering the apartment.
4) Smoking is forbidden inside the facility, it's however possible to smoke in the appropriate erea on the roof.
5) Animals are not allowed.
Check-in and check-out
6) The apartment will be available from 3.00 pm of the arrival date and it will have to be left before 10.00 am of the departure date. If the customer couldn't arrive on the fixed day, he must comunicate it by calling or e-mail to the menagement. If the customer don't arrive by the next day, without notice, the reservation will be cancelled.
7) In case of you need to arrive or leave at different times, contact us and we might find a solution.
8) For early check-out or late check-in there's no cost reduction.
9) Upon arrival, you'll be given the keys that you have to return at the end of your rent.
10) The contract is valid only for the people indicated on the invoice (children included).
11) Host people not declared to management is prohibited.
12) The possible addition of beds must be agreed with the management.
Damage and breakages
13) If you're responsible for breakdowns at the apartment or what it contains, please report it immediately at the management.
14) For possible damage is required a security deposit of €150.00 for each (€50,00 for each to the groups of guys). The security deposit will be refounded during check-out.
15) If the damages were very serious we reserve the right to send you the invoice for repairs.
16) The Management is relieved of any responsibility for any shortages of personal effects and valuable goods or money kept in the rented accommodation, as well as for theft or damage to the car kept in the assigned place.
17) It requires compliance with the condominium regulations and in any case peace from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 8:00. In case of serious non-compliance with the condominium regulations, the management reserves the right to remove the tenant from the occupied accommodation.
18) In the phase of assigning the apartment, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Management reserves the right to replace it with another one with the same characteristics.
19) Our facility is not available for parties.
