- The change of bed linen and towels is free of charge for stays of more than 9 nights.
- For stays of less than 9 nights it is not included and has an additional cost of 10 euros for towels and 15 euros for bed linen.
- heating costs (for a fee) (for a normal use 10 euros per day per apartment is calculated)
- sanitization with steam at 165 degrees

- Check in from 15.00 to 19.00. Late check in from 19.00 to 24.00 carries an additional cost of 50 euros. In case of arrival after this time, the supplement is 100 euros. All requests for arrival must be confirmed by the property.
